Over 40 years of mentorship and experience has gone into perfection of the deep pit BBQ craft under Pit Mast “Magic” Mike Dean. “Magic” Mike uses his own special combination of spices and seasonings in a multi-step preparation and cooking process that gives the meat a deep depth of flavor that is nothing short of magic. We then top this with our own special blend of BBQ sauce. The sauce slow cooks for 24 hours allowing a unique layering and intensity of flavor to develop which will keep you coming back for more. The composite of the BBQ process and sauce results in a savory, tender , spicy meat with just a touch of sweetness which makes it absolutely irresistible. In addition, our original homemade sides have been created to complement our BBQ perfectly.
We have completely self-contained mobile food kitchen and can provide a catered event of any size to any location. Serving can be done out of the mobile kitchen or inside the venue. The goal of Thumbs Up Catering is to allow you concentrate on entertaining and being the party of your party!
